CFPWA is led by police welfare officers from across the Caribbean. Together, they shape the federation's direction and steward its programs. Newly elected members on the Executive of the Caribbean Federation of Police Welfare Associations. The 13th Annual General Meeting of the CFPWA was held today 22/05/25 in the British Virgin Islands.

    Sergeant McCall, who is the Chairman of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force Police Welfare Association, told Virgin Islands News Online on May 22, 2025, he is honoured and humbled to be re-elected and thanked God for the opportunity to serve his fellow police officers in the Caribbean. “My success at the polls is a reflection of the steadfastness and resilience [of] my executive and the support that they have offered, especially in these difficult times.” Sergeant McCall added that regional unity among member states is a priority area. “I will work tirelessly with my committee to achieve this because we are always our brothers’ keepers.”

    PS Pompey, who formally served as a Trustee, was elected as the First Vice President of the CPFWA, a regional organisation dedicated to promoting the welfare and well-being of police officers within their jurisdiction as well as collectively. The committee supports wellness in various ways, such as scholarships and well-being conferences. PS Pompey states, “I am eternally grateful for the trust and confidence the Caribbean Police organisations around the region have placed in me for electing me as their 1st Vice President. I am committed to what I do, and I do it with a passion to serve our policing communities.”

    Nathalie John is a distinguished, high-ranking law enforcement officer and labor advocate within the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. With over 25 years of service in the national security apparatus, she has established herself as a prominent leader in police welfare, operational governance, and gender equity. She is highly recognized for her history-making leadership roles in both domestic and regional police welfare associations.
