Sgt 509 Brenton Smith is a member of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force for the past twenty two years. He worked at several departments and out stations.He holds a Diploma in Business Management at the University of Leicester and a Master’s Degree in Management and police leadership at the same university.

To make representations with regard to all matters affecting the general welfare and efficiency of the members of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force
To make representation on behalf of all members and to negotiate with Government for Increases in salaries and allowances.
To assist its members financially in areas of medical, natural disaster and legal fees.
With the exception of questions relating to discipline or promotion, the Police Welfare Association may make representation on matters of principle for its members.
