CLAUDINA, J.  NATHANIEL-MORGAN has a Master of Arts Degree Youth Justice Community Safety and Applied Criminology, Middlesex University, London. She did training and professional development:

She is the current chair-person of the Police Welfare Association, an Inspector of Police. Currently the officer i/c. of the Office of Youth Intervention, a unit specifically mandated to handle all matters related to juveniles.

Mrs Morgan also serves on several national committees;

Mr. Lendon Isaacs is the Station Sergeant of the Royal Police Force of Anitgue and Barbuda. He served as a Chairman of Police Welfare Association form 2011 to 2017 and has held the position on the Caribbean Federation of Police Welfare Association as the Treasurer in 2014 to present.
Mr. Isaacs graduated from the Antigua and Barbuda International Institue of Technology ABIIT and held a Association Degree in Accounting and Management.
  1. Collaboration and co-operation in the development of representation on behalf of its members.
  2. To communicate with the ACCP, CARICOM and any other stake holders on matters brought to the attention of its executive and make recommendations
Creating synergies among the Caribbean Police Welfare Association’s members towards developing professionalism whilst pursuing equality
(a) The Treasurer shall be responsible for the management of all funds of the Federation.

(b)  He shall keep a proper record of the financial affairs of the Federation.

(c)Prepare and submit a financial report monthly to the Executive committee and to ensure            that the budget is prepared for presentation to the general membership at Annual General        Meeting.

(d)  Attend all Executive and General Meetings
